FAQs

How do I find out my ring size?

I would always recommend getting your ring size checked in person by a jeweller local to you, or purchasing a ring sizer (find an example here). However, if you want to find out your ring size quickly and easily at home, check out our ring sizing guide here.

When can I expect my order?

As all of our jewellery is handmade to order, our estimated turnaround time is 2-3 weeks.  Please allow a 6-8 week period from design to delivery for bespoke orders. For pieces containing gold or pieces consisting of 7g + of silver, they must legally be hallmarked, which may take up to two weeks.

Ideally, I'd need the jewellery to arrive sooner, is this possible?

If you have a last minute gift in mind, I may have some items in stock that are available to send to you more quickly. To find out, please email me via elizabethfje.design@gmail.com.

Can I order an existing design in a different size/colour/specification?

A number of our designs are customisable at no extra cost - these changes will be visible and applicable when you purchase via Etsy. If there is something different you had in mind, please get in touch via email with your enquiry.

I am a brand/individual and would like to collaborate, how can I get in touch?

What is your shipping policy?

From 2021 onwards, purchases via Etsy will be sent via Royal Mail Signed for First Class, the tracking number can be found in your Etsy dispatch note. This is a signed-for service, so please make sure someone is available to sign for it. Commissions sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery will have a tracking number which will be sent to you in a confirmation email.  

What is your returns policy?

As our jewellery is handmade to order, our pieces are non-refundable. However, you are able to exchange it for a different item (turnaround time will apply), or a giftcard within 30 days of original purchase. Items must be returned in perfect condition, with postage charged to you, before this can take place.

Bespoke pieces are made uniquely for you and I will work with you to design a piece, showing you images along the way, which means they non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

As every piece is made by hand, there will naturally be maker's marks and imperfections - but this is the beauty of purchasing hand-crafted jewellery, and it's what makes each piece unique. However, if there is a genuine fault , please get in touch so I can arrange a replacement for you.
