Elizabeth FJE Design respects your privacy. For this reason, all patrons' data is encrypted and stored in secure software. Elizabeth FJE Design, as a site, does not handle or store any payment or credit card data as this is managed via Etsy Ireland UC. For more information on Etsy's privacy policy, click here.

Payment 

​

All transactions made for ready-to-wear jewellery are carried out through the Etsy website. All prices are inclusive of VAT and shipping costs will be included in your order total at the Etsy checkout point. Bespoke pieces are managed independently from Etsy and will be confirmed through invoice; prices are inclusive of VAT and shipping. Bespoke items require a deposit of 50% before the manufacturing process may begin. For further information, please get in touch via email.

Shipping

From 2021 onwards, purchases via Etsy will be sent via Royal Mail Signed for First Class, the tracking number can be found in the Etsy dispatch note. This is a signed-for service, so please make sure someone is available to sign for it. Commissions sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery will have a tracking number which will be sent to you in a confirmation email. Other shipping methods, such as hand delivery to local address, may be arranged by getting in touch via email, direct Instagram message or as a note at the Etsy checkout.

Returns 

​

As our jewellery is handmade to order, our pieces are non-refundable. However, you are able to exchange it for a different item (turnaround time will apply), or a giftcard within 30 days of original purchase. Items must be returned in perfect condition, with postage charged to you, before this can take place. All refunds will be managed through the Etsy website.

Bespoke pieces are made uniquely for you and I will work with you to design a piece, showing you images along the way, which means they non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

As every piece is made by hand, there will naturally be maker's marks and imperfections - but this is the beauty of purchasing hand-crafted jewellery, and it's what makes each piece unique. However, if there is a genuine fault , please get in touch so I can arrange a replacement for you.
